Return To ShopWe buy whole hides, grade them by hand, and reject anything with structural weakness. Because the back of a hide is denser than the belly, panel placement decides how a jacket holds its shape years later.
Body panels are cut by hand. Seams run at 8 to 10 stitches per inch in bonded polyester thread, with armholes and pocket corners back-tacked twice.
YKK zips throughout and solid brass snaps, finished antique or nickel to suit the style. Linings are chosen for climate — quilted for winter shells, cupro for lighter styles.
Every jacket is inspected panel by panel before it is packed. Roughly one in twenty is rejected and re-cut rather than shipped.
